3D Scenes
Add 3D shapes, text, SVGs, or models to your composition. A 3D scene blends with the stack like any other layer.
Add 3D content
Choose Primitive → Text → 3D Text or Primitive → Shape → 3D Model / 3D SVG for 3D content. Use Transform → 3D Canvas to place the composition in a 3D scene. Select the scene or one of its objects in Layers to edit it.
Place objects
Adjust position, rotation, scale, and anchor with the panel or on-canvas gizmo. Text and SVG controls include extrusion.
Move the camera
Select the 3D layer, then expand Camera in its Effect Panel. Choose a View preset or change Orbit, Tilt, Roll, Distance and Field of View. Reset View restores the starting framing. For a 3D Canvas, use the Pan, Orbit, Dolly and Roll canvas modes; W, E, R and T select them.
Set materials and lighting
Choose a material preset, then tune color, roughness, metal, or transmission. Adjust the environment and lights for reflections and shadows.
Use image fields
Expand Image Field and choose the incoming image or an embedded stack. In Field Relief, increase Strength from zero. Mesh layers offer Normal, Displacement and UV Warp; 3D Canvas offers normal relief. Enable lighting when using normal relief so the shading becomes visible.
Choose output
For a mesh layer, expand Render and choose Beauty for the lit image, Depth for a depth pass or Normals for surface direction. Use a later effect or a mask to process those passes. 3D Canvas composites the image plane and does not expose these mesh output passes.
Animate
Keyframe object, camera, light, material, and field controls. Imported animated models expose animation time.
Edit several scenes
Select compatible 3D layers to edit matching controls together. Each scene keeps its own assets and unrelated values.
