Lens
Simulate lens artifacts such as flare, bokeh, chromatic aberration, refraction, and vignette framing.
Choose a tool
Use Flare for optical ghosts and streaks, Bokeh for aperture-shaped defocus, Chromatic Aberration for channel splitting, Dimension Lens for a bounded refractive lens, or Vignette for edge framing.
In this section
Flare
Add positioned lens-flare ghosts, anamorphic streaks, glare, and cinematic highlight artifacts.
Bokeh
Defocus the image with aperture-shaped highlights for soft lens blur and background glow.
Chromatic Aberration
Separate RGB channels linearly or gather luminance into smooth spectral bands for colourful lens fringing.
Dimension Lens
Bend the image inside a bounded lens with Dimension, Observer, and Spoon glass profiles.
Vignette
Darken, tint, or frame the image edges with radial or rectangular falloff.
Use it in the app
Open a project and find Optics → Lens in the effects picker. Choose the specific tool, then select its layer in Layers to open the Effect Panel. Related modes may share a mode dropdown at the top of that panel. The pages below explain source requirements, first adjustments and conditional controls for each tool.
