Detect changed regions and drag previous-frame pixels through motion as directional smears.

In: Frame-to-frame

How it works

Temporal Pixel Smear detects changed regions and drags previous-frame pixels
through that motion along an angle. It is sharper and more directional than
Motion Trails, but smoother than block-based datamoshing.
